David Maloy

BOARD MEMBER

David is a seasoned executive and operator with deep experience leading technical, compliance-driven field service organizations and advising customers across complex commercial environments. Most recently, David served as President of FireTron Life Safety Solutions, the largest fire and life safety solutions provider in Texas, where he oversaw sales, design, installation, service, and inspection work across commercial and residential infrastructure—including life safety, fire suppression, and other integrated building systems. Across his career, David has managed and supported projects tied to commercial building services for a diverse customer base, including government, hospitality, manufacturing, and medical end markets.

In addition to his operating leadership, David brings more than 15 years of banking experience, including approximately a decade as a Senior Vice President at Amegy Bank, Encore Bank, and Regions Bank. This combination of hands-on operating management and institutional finance experience positions David to drive disciplined execution, customer-focused growth, and scalable operational systems.

David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Texas Tech University.
